I have been in this trade for almost 15 years. I specialise in HDB resales and private resales in all estates throughout Singapore. My clienteles are mainly from my referrals who are once my clients selling and buying their properties. They give me the trust to market their properties whereby they believe I give them frank and honest opinion.
As a property agent, it's not just sell and buy and close up the episode. You must let your clients know you can be trusted and to build a long term relationship with them.
