Interested to know what sort of property i can buy ?
prefer a commercial building, shoplot & perhap even hawker center (not keen with condo or residential)
what sort of return am i looking at perannum after minus the tax & transfer fees & lawyer fees.

Are you interested in Industrial Property? I have a special buy from Developers
for 4 units adjoining units in West Connect, a B2 factory in Buroh Street. The
size is 6964 sq ft asking $1.872M. (about $271 psf) You will not be subjected to
ABSD for this purchase. If you have a GST registered company for this purchase,
you can get back the 7% GST that you would need to pay for the purchase.

Hi Norman,
Assuming you take an 80% loan on your property, having $500,000 cash can get
you a commercial space of slightly over $2million. $500,000 cash will be used to
pay the 20% downpayment, and the 3% stamp duty payable. Lawyer fees will cost
roughly $2800.
