Looking to rent 2 BR fully furnished HDB apartment in the East for 1 year lease, starting from 01st Oct 2012. It would be nice to have an apartment with a balcony. We are an Indian couple, husband working in Changi Business Park (employment Pass), wife is a housewife (dependent pass). No children. No pets. No vehicle ownership. Highly professional individuals. Preferred location is East ( Simei, Tampines, Bedok, Tanah Merah ) but will consider other locations for a well maintained & newly renovated apartment. Medium cooking (vegetarian) must be allowed in the apartment. Fixtures & Fittings required : Air conditioning, Cooker Hob/Hood & Water Heater Furnishing required : Bed, Dining Room Furniture, Living Room Furniture, Refrigerator, Oven / Microwave, Television, Washing Machine Optional furnishing good to have: - Cable TV, Internet Connection, Kitchen Utensils Close proximity to a supermarket/ grocery store & MRT (Green Line) if the location is not in East. Agent's are welcome to send me details of the flats. I'll then contact you to arrange viewing & will sign the LOI immediately if I like the apartment.
