Is it still realistic to look for a free hold condo for below the 1 million range?

    Hi Ryan,

    Honestly with a $1m cap to find a property in sg and FH has some constraint.

    Firstly, the size will smaller and may not be in super prime location unless its 1 Bedroom.

    I have 2 projects to recommend, The Interweave at Balestier & M66 at Moonstone lane Potong Pasir. Both 2 Bedroom 689sf & 646sf respectively.

    Hi Ryan Sim

    Basically you asked a very realistic question, property is like life, there isn't always a clear right or wrong decision, it all depend on your needs & wants as well as perspectives. While I don't think you should bother to much about the tenure though, more importantly about other factors and aspect of the property itself.
