Intent to sell off my 5 room flat located at Tampines St 22 Blk 298 and then upgrade to a newer flat in the same location with no financial loss in the sales proceeding. Please comment and advise on the possible options.

    Hi Mr Willy,

    For a start , you have to work out a simple financial planning on the sales proceed from your HBD flat . You might then want to consider to upgrade to a bigger unit . Feel free to contact me for more information and discussion on your plan for the process you want to go through.

    What you need to do is doing up a planning of what you have or what you want to to do,eg financial,cpf etc..
