Living in Singapore
i am Malaysia PR. I would like to buy a 1BR of EC or condo. It is now a good time to buy condo, i have rented a room for many years. Now the condo even new launch price high rise. Friend of mine advise me not to rush as now there are plenty of new launch condo in the market which may drop when get saturated. I buy house for own stay but do not want to spend too much and burden too much for own stay. I am not driving. Of cause the best idea will be getting house TOP 2013, sgd900/psf and not too far from amenities and eatery yet do not intended to have too much crowd

Hi Ms Siew,
If you feel that the prices is rising, and you do have the budget in hand, you can start looking around first.
But when the prices hit some point that you cannot afford, you will never get anything in the market.
Drop me a call/sms or email if you want to take a look at some units.
Thank you.

HI Moi Lee,
It's never the right or wrong time to buy. Ask urself, do you want to rent forever paying your landlord installment. Think in this way, you are buying a property for your shelter as a need or owning an asset. It is not an expenses, am I right? So you have to ask urself these questions and you will know what is the answer.
If you observed the PSI index, the pricing has been stable. This is what the govt imposed several cooling measures to stable the pricing and the pricing has increased every year. Well, it is still not too late. However, I would advise you to get a IPA from the bank ist before you commit. Why? This is to ensure you will be able to get the bank loan. Need any bank advise? You can call me or drop me a line to share more. I will assist you with my best knowledge.
Thank you!

If you are buying for own stay, the best time to buy is always today. You will be staying for many years before you upgrade to another apartment, therefore you should see some capital gains.
