I am getting divorced with my wife and we are planning to sell our Pasir Ris EA Flat. Its our 2nd flat and we planning to buy two smaller flats. her a 4rm in Tampines area and me a 3rm room in the east area. Its our 2nd loan and we have two teenage kids. One child will follow her the other will follow me. It is an amicable divorce. I am looking at 0.5%-1% commission for selling The Pasir ris flat and similar to the buying of the other two smaller flats. Is it possible to take a 3rd loan from HDB? I would advise you to get an exclusive agent to market the selling of HDB EA unit. As the standard market practice, the agent com for HDB is 2% to represent seller and 1% for to represent buyer. As there is several following up documents and submission to the relevant authority need to be done. To obtain 3rd loan from HDB will be subjected to appealing for approval but prepare for not high chance. Alternatively, you may get bank loan. The local or corp. bank interest is below 2% depending on the package and of coz it will also based on individual age etc.
Since your MOP is Nov 12, there is nothing can be done for now. So once you are more ready around the mid of Oct. Just drop me a call. Thanks!
