Hi,

I am currently looking at rented office space somewhere around Singpost. My office is currently at Fortune centre , Middle Road.

What I hv found that offices in Singpost offer much higher rate than the current rate in Fortune Centre which is situated in the city/central. Why is it so? Any reason?

I am expecting Singpost to be lower than offices in the central.

Could you share your comments. Thanks

    I learned from the web that your company is highly specialised in delivering high performance video cameras for various applications. And your customers rely on the exceptional products and customer service that your organisation provide in order to run their operations smoothly.

    Singapore Post Centre is located next to the Paya Lebar MRT station which is also an interchange for the MRT Circle Line. It has 24 hours security and most of the office units I know are fitted with windows, carpeted, lightings, and central airconditioning (8am to 6pm during weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays).In addition, the building is professionally managed and well connected to major expressways. Judging from above descriptions, Singapore Post Centre do attract many enquiries and demand for its office units is usually well received. The above may be the reasons why it can command a higher rental rate than Fortune Centre.

    Singpost is in the developing Paya Lebar commercial hub.

    Also, the proximity to an MRT interchange is an added advantage.

    Hi Siti,

    There could be several reasons and one of them might be that of the condition and management of the office space. Newer and better managed office spaces would often justify higher rental prices.
