Dear Sir/Madam.

I am now working full time as IT Analyst and have been working in IT for over 12 years. At 35, I have finally decided to move on to real estate. My interest in property comes when I purchased my very own landed property in Johor last year.

I have recently passed my RES exam and am now in search for an agency and most importantly the right mentor who is willing to share his experience and provide hands on opportunity. For now I wanted to start on a part-time basis so that I can gain the necessary experiences before transitioning over doing full time in months to come.

I am keen on rental and have the passion to work on projects as well. It would be great if you could share some light on choosing the right agency. Hope to hear from you soon. :-)
